for my family that suits us to a "T". Joe was always available during the building process for any and all
questions we had and was more than willing to work with us with all requests we had. FHD went above and
beyond in helping adapt portions of our home and structure to accommodate our dogs & kennel area!! We
knew when we selected FHD as our builder that we were going with the best builder in town as far as quality,
we found out along the way that their customer service was also the top of the line!

When our family walked in the front door of our new house, it took our breath away. We loved it and knew this was the one for us! From the custom painted textured walls to the maple kitchen cabinets to the upgraded stainless steel appliances we wouldn't let this one go. It was a one of a kind with all the attention to detail like custom lighted plant shelves, ceiling fans in all the rooms, contemporary light fixtures, over sized deck and a amaster bath we had always wanted. We knew it was a quality built house by Family Homes Development. The closing process went so smooth and we were confident that what ever we needed FHD would be there for us! A year and a half has gone by and we still love our home.
